There are two ways that our customers can buy cement from us. The customers are categorized as retail customers and industrial customers
Who are the Retail customers:
People who build their own houses or contractors who opt to buy cement through our distribution channel are the retail customers. A retail customer can buy Holcim cement from a retail outlet (Hardware shop) from his area and if any assistance is required, any of our area sales officers or distributors can be contacted.
Who are the Industrial customers:
A customer who has a registered company and buys large quantities of cement can register with us as an industrial customer and can buy cement directly from Holcim Lanka sales points.
Industrial customers can buy 50Kg bag cement as well as bulk cement delivered to customer silos by Holcim Lanka.

Fax a copy of the company registration to fax number 11-2-555838 at Holcim Lanka

Once the KAE discusses the terms and conditions of the sale, fill the attached registration form and send/ fax it to Holcim Lanka

Then customer will be given a designated number which can be produced at the sales points when customer wants to purchase cement
