Starting from the cement for his foundation right up to the roofing tiles for his home!

At present the "Mahagedara" franchise runs a showroom and distribution centre to cater to different segments of individual house builders. A modern-minded house builder finds the showroom an attractive proposition to obtain information, advice on the building process and good local craftsmen, as well as to place orders. A traditional house builder and small contractors value the fact that all building materials are available in one spot, thus limiting the need to travel to various places in order to obtain construction materials, but prefer to use the distribution center / ramp of the franchise, as they might not need in-detail advice. Therefore Mahagedara is delivering value to all the sub segments of the house builder.

The Mahagedara concept is place ahead of a traditional hardware store in where the customer mainly relies on the advice given by the shop owner in selecting building materials.

"Mahagedara" targets at providing the house builder all the services possible to ensure he/she builds his home on time, and most importantly, within budget. The sales staffs at all outlets are well trained in aiding the house builder in selection of plans, all the product ranges available including the technical aspects and better practices in usage. Hence they are capable in advising the house builder in any of the technical queries they have with respect to building materials and the usage.
